Sorry, what manual was that where you need subfolders?

You only need to adjust he smartphone template.

goto step2 and select on the left the black smartpohne template (480px)

check out the sizes that you have used they are probably too big for this viewport, just make them smaller.

You don't need to create folders on your server.

check the analytixs in step5 see that the footer and header have no error like:

The object exceeds its working area

If you have these goto the footer or header (the analysis tells you) in the position you see what object (like text object or search field) and also what viewport like desktop 1 or 2 or smartphone) these names are found in step2 template -> resolutions

Correct these and see that they fall within the grey / white blocked area in the template (step2 template -> template content, then select correct viewport (colours on the left), select header or footer and correct.

run analysis again (press green right arrow)

I too have confirmed that at mobile resolutions the tabs fail when they go horizontal, but if you would like an interim workaround whilst Incomedia get around to fixing the problem, just go to step 2 Template, Resolutions and add a new resolution of 320.

320 - 480px will display on 98% of mobiles with the tabs remaining vertical (it's a little squeezy, but at least it works).

You may wish to check page layout at 320 for the very few with old small mobiles.

You need to visit template/template content and select each resolution in turn.

You have content outside of the header. If you can find any object which when selected does not display all 8 handles within the header, you need to move the object.

You may need to do the same in the footer.

Moving objects at each resolution will not move them at higher resolutions (ie move the menu for tablet will not effect desktop positioning).

go to map, select the home page and open it (step4 pages).

Now click on responsive (top right above layout) and then select the second lowest resolution (on the left hand side of the layout). You can now unhide (Show/Hide on top of page) each of the objects for lower resolutions.

If you do a preview and select mobile view, is any content visible?? It certainly is not visible when I reduce the browser width on my PC.

Almost certainly the mobile view has all the objects/cells hidden (it is a frequent occurance when updating from older versions or from desktop only to responsive).

Please let us know your thoughts.

Make the changes at 720 (the one "above" mobile as I said).

When you do the objects will change from very light blue to a darker blue, click the tick, save, preview - magically mobile content will be visible.

You will need to do this for every page.
